Cancellations within 48 hours or missing your experience will result in a fee equal to 100% of the booking.

If weather conditions are deemed unfair or unsafe by Owner (Charlotte Pine) the carriage ride will be postponed, or refunded in the effect of a gift voucher to be used within 12 months from booking date. If any goods have been purchased specifically for that event/carriage ride this will be deducted from any gift voucher given. Weddings will be treated the same but money will be offered in form of a refund due to the nature of the booking (special event) minus the monies spent to prepare for the event for example: specific uniform required, flowers, gifts etc.
